Every engagement is subject to a written quote or agreement defining scope, price and timeline. Prices are stated net — VAT not applicable under art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
Payment
Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue unless agreed otherwise. Late payments bear penalties at three times the French legal interest rate, plus a fixed €40 recovery fee for business clients (art. L441-10 Code de commerce).
